How to Wear / Longevity: Spritz generously on your pulse points — five to six spritzes is recommended. Depending on skin chemistry, Sanctuary will stay on your skin for about four hours, with base notes lingering up to five hours or longer.

Sanctuary was inspired by my reverence for East Indian sandalwood — both its warm, sensuous fragrance, and the remarkably elevating effect it has on the mind. In developing Sanctuary, I began with the idea of setting heady florals and herbaceous lavender against the steady, soothing vibration of meditative sandalwood. To those elements I added the velvety musk of clary sage and the warm richness of tobacco. Oakmoss and patchouli round out the base and provide a mossy woods counterpoint to the soft creaminess of sandalwood. The overall effect is exceptionally smooth and fresh, and very uplifting. — Claudia
