Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer free standard ground shipping on all purchases of $100 or more. For purchases under $100, shipping fees are calculated by our carrier, UPS, based on package weight and destination. Shipping fees are displayed on the checkout page. If your order is eligible for free shipping, please make sure to check the Free Shipping box on the checkout page.

Currently we ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or internationally at this time, but we plan to in the future, so stay tuned for expanded shipping updates.

Please allow seven to ten business days from purchase date to receive your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from our carrier, UPS, with the estimated delivery date.

All products are shipped standard via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to post office boxes, so a street address is needed to place an order.

If your order is damaged in transit, please retain all original packing materials and notify UPS within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for an inspection of your package (800-742-5877). We will ship you a replacement for the damaged item(s) upon receipt of a claim number from UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To guarantee product quality and integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

We encourage you to try a fragrance sample before purchasing a full-sized bottle of perfume. Fragrance samples are available in Discovery Sets and also as individual samples.
